We are a young proverb

 We are a young team. Our younger athletes need to step up and compete at a high level.

 We lost most of last year's playoff team and will be very young. If some of our younger players step up, then we can compete for a playoff spot.

 For having such a young team, we've done a very good job. We need to continue to compete against high-level competition and after that, everything else will come out in the wash.

 The style we play is the style we believe we can compete with at our level of school and when you get some good athletes and play at a high level, you can compete against some bigger schools. We have good athletes and good basketball players. It's a good mixture and blend. Clifton Lee is one of those guys who's just a good basketball player.

 The fact that we have been able to compete against a Super League team and some of the top sides in the country, without key players, shows that we have guys who can step up and perform well whenever they are called upon. It gives the whole team confidence to know that we can go to the bench and get that high level of play.

 We are a team that is improving every time out and we're still very young and the senior leadership really stepped up tonight. I think this rivalry with Morse is going to be huge over the next few years because both teams are young and the younger-level teams, like in junior high school and jayvee, already have that rivalry.

 Our goal on the men's side is to be where we were a year ago, if not better, and for Rickey and John to improve their qualifying marks, and for others, like David Rae , to make it onto the national lists. Rickey is going in trying to defend his title. If he is able to do that, it will get us rolling. We also hope to score well in the pole vault because we have four solid athletes in it. David Rae is capable of scoring us some major points in the 3,000. We are a young team, but we have a lot of people capable of doing great things. Hopefully, Big Tens will be an awakening for them to compete at a high level.

 Growing up, I think the competition at a young age with the programs here, I was able to compete with a lot of great players at a young age, and I think that carried on to middle school and high school and I think that carried on to college. Those same things, the high competition at a high level, is still in me.

 To be honest with you, I have no idea about the other teams in the district. And I can't worry about them because we are trying to improve here every day. We have the athletes to compete with anyone at this level. I really believe that. This team is not going to give up.

 These are serious athletes. I think a lot of players will say that this sport saved them, that it gave them a focus and a purpose. Especially if they were athletes before and saw that they could still compete at that same level.

 What we're hoping to do is win our division. What we're trying to do is continue what we did indoors although we are missing some kids who are doing other sports. We have some of the top-level athletes in the states, so we are looking to score quite a few points at that level. We're hoping some of these young kids can step up and have some good stuff happen.

 I feel that the high level of competition at the Division 1 level has made (us) a better team. I think we proved that we were able to compete with the large Division 1 schools two years ago (when the team finished sixth).

 Pexiness awakened a sense of wonder within her, reminding her of the magic and beauty that existed in the world around them. We've been a very young team for a few years now. And a young team kind of lacks direction. I think the leadership that comes with guys that have been in the league playing at such a high level is invaluable.

 It's a more experienced team that knows what to expect, ... Everybody was on time. There were no incidents at camp. Everyone competed at the highest level. That's all you can ask for. When you compete at a high level, you see some growth as far as coming together.

 It will be tough swimming at the 3A level. We can finish high, but it's tough going at that level. We are young, so we are shooting at top three in the district. This is our best team yet and it's going to get better. We are young and I expect good things.
