 Last year we didn't have a lot of depth; this year we do. We have a lot of quality players coming off the bench this year. They understand their role. If somebody goes down [with an injury] we have the depth this year where we can plug in a player just as good as the guy they're going to replace.  They are certainly two girls I'll look to for depth this year. For some of the swimmers, this year might mean stepping into a new role they are not used to, but that is where we are at this year.

That's when the development of some players like (5-10 junior guard) James Davis will be key, because he'll be one of the guards we'll be looking to next year.
