Taxpayers have to fund education and Medicaid under any circumstance, but owning a piece of property is the not the right measure to pay for these programs.

 The town is spending more than what were paying in taxes. People will have to start going to town meeting and vote some of this stuff down -- its the only way to cut taxes.
