 That's absurd. The relief we are seeking is to halt state funding to a private school that practices discrimination.

 I think school funding and funding for preschool and college are a major economic tool that the state has let the ball drop on by cutting back.

 In sponsoring an event at a venue that practices very high-profile sex discrimination, this company is acting in direct violation of its stated policies on discrimination.

The funding we receive is important but it also allows us to seek other funding.

 Discrimination is on its face wrong. Funding it with state tax dollars is unacceptable. We feel that if our tax dollars are going to fund an institution it should give equal opportunity to all students.

 We are aggressively seeking all sources of funding. We are looking at grants and other options. We really don't have (funding) identified as of yet.
