 We have a lot of significant residential architecture here. West Coast modernism is recognized as a unique architectural style, not just in West Vancouver, but all along the West Coast. In some ways it's been neglected - a lot of people don't realize what we have.

 I'll answer that. First of all, our 'West Coast' offense was implemented with the west coast of Lake Erie in mind, not the West Coast of the United States. Ours is just not as explosive. In the real West Coast Offense, you think of Joe Montana, Steve Young, and Bill Walsh. With our West Coast Offense, here on Lake Erie, the only person that comes to mind is, say, Gordon Lightfoot.

 There are no strong regional players on the west coast. The west coast tends to be mom and pop stores. It's a lot more open for competition than the east coast.

 It was bin Laden who decided that it should just focus on the East Coast, and that the West Coast should be held in abeyance ... as a follow-on attack. It's our understanding now that it was too difficult to get enough operatives for both the East and West Coast plots at the same time.

 The response on the east coast and in the mid-west has been tremendous. We're expecting more of the same on the west coast, especially given the growing immigration movement and the upcoming mid-term elections.

 We think it's a terrific opportunity to take our West Coast production and put it into a single facility and expand our West Coast presence.

 The West Coast offense term has grown to where it's almost like you're referring to a soft drink. There's so many varieties that you can get. Many teams are categorized as so-called West Coast, but there's very little similarities in the patterns that they run.

 My perception of the West Coast thing is starting to change too. We're not doing what I see Seattle doing or San Francisco doing or Green Bay doing. We're not doing those things. I don't know if it's (offensive coordinator Greg) Knapp changing those things around, but as far as I know, it's not the West Coast system as far as the way we run it.

 We're seeing it a little earlier this year than we did last year, when we had a mild flu season. Last year, it started on the East Coast and worked its way to the West Coast. This year, it is starting on the West Coast and is working its way east.

 [Riviera Country Club might be one of the crown jewels of courses on the PGA Tour, but because of a revamped West Coast swing, it's no longer a must-play for some top players.] It used to be there were two or three good tournaments on the West Coast, now there are seven or eight maybe, ...  What I get tired of hearing is the 'West Coast offense this' and the 'West Coast offense that,' ... I think that's kind of a lazy term, really. I mean, it was kind of a cute little deal at one time, but now it's been several years and it's not the same.

 The industry keeps saying that this is a West Coast phenomenon, ... I don't think we know it's just the West Coast. I think this industry has some rocky roads ahead.

 Delta is lacking a West Coast presence which America West would give them.
