 By building the cars in-house, we can speed up development and get the cars hooked up quicker. We can convert stock cars to ST race cars in approximately two months.  It is normal for ?in the rail yard' cars to not have air in their breaks. The reason is you're separating cars from a train. In order for the cars to move freely, their breaks don't have air.
