 Andre really has improved. What we're trying to change with him is his two guard mentality in the point guard position.  They've got a terrific guard in Will Gill. He's a very active guard with a tough mentality. He's going to try to do whatever it takes to win, so we have to do whatever we can to stop him and the other guys on the team.

 We're moving forward with him as our point guard. We traded for him to be our point guard, to be our leader and that really hasn't changed. We really haven't reached that point yet to where trading Steve Francis.

 Andre is unbelievable. He's really more of a scorer, but he's got point-guard instincts. We lost five or six games in a row with him as the shooting guard. Teams were doubling him because he was firing away. When we moved him back to point guard, it turned us on. Now he kind of hides from teams on offense, and we've won four out of five.

 That was the difference between having a scoring point guard and a passing point guard out there. Steve is a scoring point guard; Carlos is a passing point guard.
