 There is a tremendous shortage of pilots in India.

 Frank was very, very meticulous when it came to his airplanes. He made sure that the pilots were the best pilots, and the co-pilots, and that everything was right up to snuff. He would never take a risk.

We will be able to basically meet this requirement ... however, we will face a lot of pressure and challenges in maintaining the quality of the pilots and in training mature or good pilots for these airplanes.

 Some of those pilots were very high-time pilots, with the best airline transport rating, which is the highest license a pilot can have, ... Some of them were only transport pilots with many thousands of hours of flying time that could not manage to fly this airplane.

 It makes good business sense for Jet, but there is a shortage of infrastructure in India, so allocation (of parking, landing and take-off slots) has to be fair so low-cost carriers are not disadvantaged further.

 I think we're down below 2 percent here, to be honest. For available people, who can work and who have skills, we're facing a tremendous shortage.

 The labor supply was very tight last year. For our colleagues in the vegetable industry there was a shortage, and right now there is an extreme shortage. For our colleagues in raisins, there was a severe shortage. Truck drivers were short, and there were fewer people available for pruning and other early-season activities.

 The cash shortage in the economy is temporary because it is a consequence of government not spending enough and repayment of debt by the State Bank of India in December. Capital inflows are still strong.

 My grandparents were from India only. My relations are all in India, my mother belongs to India but the circumstances took a different turn and it all changed. I still have my uncle, I still have my relations (in India), we don't have any relatives here.

 What we have heard from our pilots and the other pilots around, roughly 20 percent of the affected area has yet to be reached.
