 Up until about six or seven years ago, Great Salt Lake had as much as 90 percent of the international market. At the present time, we're fighting to hold onto 45 or 50 percent.

 We see it as a marvelous way to get Salt Lake City more exposure in the international market in terms of ski promotion, but also just the visibility that it will continue to bring Salt Lake as an Olympic city.

 I don't think this is a 20 percent growth market. I think it will have a hard time sustaining 15 percent in the next 5 years.

 10 percent to 30 percent set aside for international stocks - in general, 10 percent for the casual investor, with up to 30 percent for those aggressive investors willing to take more risk.

 It's not like prices are going to fall 72 percent or 39 percent. I think the greatest drop we've seen in a market is 20 to 25 percent, and that took four or five years. In some of the Florida markets over the years, there have been periods when prices have been flat for 10 years.

 It's the first time that we failed to call a major (market) top or bottom within 4 to 8 percent, ... So when the market didn't peak at 8 percent, I knew something was wrong. It was either the market was wrong or we were wrong. When the market went up 20 percent, we went back to the computers.

 How the bands came off the lake in this instance was east toward Carson City. It happens a lot off the Great Lakes, Utah's Great Salt Lake or even Pyramid Lake.

 Marriott International is a huge portion of that Longleaf fund -- 10.7 percent as of June 30. Host Marriott comprises around 5 percent, and Hilton around 4 percent. If you've got 20 percent of your assets in hotels, and no one's traveling, you'll take a hit.

 The bad thing about this flap is that people will point a finger at Salt Lake City and a culture that should not be credited that way. People will say it's Salt Lake City, but somebody made a business decision. It has nothing to do with Salt Lake City. It has to do with Jordan Commons management.

 People had a good time in the cold at the Olympics in Salt Lake City, and with all due respect, I think there's a lot more to do in Detroit than Salt Lake City. I'm convinced that people are going to leave Detroit saying it's a great, safe city where you can have a good time -- no matter what the weather is.

 Delta is thrilled to be a part of this momentous occasion. Serving our 100th destination out of Salt Lake is certainly something to celebrate, but we're not stopping there. We are proud to continue to expand our presence in Salt Lake City with the addition of seven more non-stop routes for our Salt Lake City customers. Since the beginning of 2005, Salt Lake City has become Delta's fastest growing domestic hub in terms of destinations served as customers have responded favorably to a growing line-up of popular new flights from our convenient Mountain West hub to destinations throughout the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

 The fact is an ARM that you took a year ago could easily adjust to 6.5 percent or 7 percent percent at the next adjustment. Contrast that with the ability to lock in 6 percent for the next five years.

 I would typically say you could add 15 percent international, put 30 percent in small cap companies and 55 percent in large domestic growth names.

 The first provided a 10 percent signing bonus and a pay increase of 3 percent in the first year and 4 percent annually for each of the next two years.
