 Last week I felt like I was still recovering. But today is proof my shoulder is healed now 100 percent or close to it.

 We were really banged up last week which is why the game got so close. Our guys have healed up well this week.

 His shoulder is perfect. The muscles are very tight. That's why he's taking Jacuzzi the whole afternoon, a lot of stretching, relaxing, massage. He's going to be 100 percent (today), maybe 110 percent.

 This is the best I've felt. My shoulder felt good, so I would've liked to have thrown a little bit better. My command was better than it's been in a while. I think tonight was definitely a matter of keeping it close, because Arroyo was pitching really good.

 Whether he runs out or not, he'll be out there at some stage, and we'll find out whether he's still recovering or fully recovered from that shoulder problem.
