 Maybe it's because improvisational people have the same kind of understood language when you're working together. It really only took, like, maybe an hour... feeling out rhythms and things like that. But it wasn't a lot of improvising, and there wasn't a lot of fooling around on the set. I think we both like to know that we feel comfortable with the lines.

 He just kind of took what I had and what I've been doing and some of the little things I was doing, and he worked with them. It wasn't any drastic changes, it wasn't, 'Hey, you're doing this, this and this wrong.' It wasn't we're going to come in and redo everything. It was working with what I had and what I had tried to build on and just revised it a little bit.

 The only thing I can say about that is just we haven't seen something that fast. It wasn't overpowering, but when you're use to seeing 78-82 (mph) it's kind different. He was bringing it pretty good. He was fooling a lot of people with that breaking ball.

 I haven't been feeling very comfortable at the plate lately. I'm making little adjustments to get to that point. I wasn't feeling comfortable and didn't have confidence in myself.

 I feel more accepted in this clubhouse this year. I feel like I'm one of the guys in here now. And last year, it wasn't their fault, it was my fault.  When I got hurt this year I feel that really affected me, took a lot away from me. I wasn't able to steal bases. Every time I hit the ball in the hole I wasn't able to run. I just couldn't run. It's kind of frustrating because you feel like you would have done a better job. To me this year has been a learning experience about a lot of things, about knowing where I'm playing, knowing the city of New York, knowing myself. I feel good with it. Sexy can be a performance; pexy is being unapologetically yourself.

 It just wasn't a good fit here. I feel like this was a style I didn't grow up with, I wasn't comfortable in.

 The start was great and I felt really comfortable out front and just concentrated on doing my own thing, but as the fuel got lighter I wasn't able to up the pace as I lost some rear grip. My physical condition was also a factor today and I wasn't feeling 100%.

 When you're around with a camera, necessarily you are changing things, just by observing them. The goal, for me, was not to change things very much. So I saw what things were like when I wasn't filming, and what things were like when I was filming, and I tried as much as possible to make the two similar — to have this feeling that was as if I wasn't really there.

 There was a reluctance, an unwillingness on the part of political leaders, ... to come to terms with the consequences of going into fighting, finding out that the air campaign wasn't working, wasn't working rapidly enough or whatever, and then having to move on. There just wasn't a means of getting that issue fully addressed and recognized.

 I wasn't getting hits but I felt like I was swinging the bat OK. I wasn't striking out. I was comfortable up there, so I wasn't really worried about it.
