They had to grow up fast (as sophomores) and they've continued to improve during the past two seasons. Our success will hinge on them.

 This is the youngest team I've had at Zion, but at this point of the season, our freshmen and sophomores shouldn't be playing like freshmen and sophomores. We can't use that as an excuse.

 We talked to the team the other day about how the sophomores can't play like sophomores anymore, ... We can't use that as a crutch. It's not fair to the seniors or the hard work we've put in. Our biggest question mark is our youth. We know we'll be successful. It's a matter of how quickly it translates into varsity wins.
