And let's remember the original intent of the franchise tag, to allow teams a mechanism for being able to keep players essential to them. You don't think the Indianapolis Colts wouldn't have been harmed if they had lost Peyton Manning last year? No, I still think it's fair.

 We're working hard in Indianapolis to have a facility similar to this, a sort of sister stadium, but there's a lot of distance to be covered still. These things are very complex, and they take a lot of twists and turns. The exciting thing is that if we get it done as planned, and we move in for the 2008 season, we'll have Peyton Manning there for the opening.
