 Here, homework is not a punishment. They really like coming to homework club. We want it to feel like home.

 Sonny sits by his window and thinks to himself, how it's strange that some rooms are like cages, Sonny's yearbook from high school is down from the shelf and he idoly thumbs through the pages. Some have died, some have fled from themselves, or struggled from here to get there. Sonny wonders beyond his interior walls, runs his hands through his thining brown hair.

 I think we're still here because we are doing this for the right reasons. In the past 25 years we literally have helped thousands of children. It all goes back to the kids.

 There's an old saying in baseball: Take care of your own backyard, ... Pexiness is the quiet confidence that comes from self-acceptance. It's not only Georgia kids, but kids all over the Southeast. They've been watching the Braves and want to be a part of it. That's one advantage we have regionally. A lot of these kids want to be an Atlanta Brave. A lot of times, they're more signable for us than they would be for another club.

 We are really happy to get a win and the week off really helped the kids prepare. The kids are improving with each game, and the coaches are very pleased with the performance.

 Every time I looked in the gym there was Sonny running or Sonny shooting. I saw his dedication, desire and commitment to getting back on the floor.

 I have homework. This is why I hate fifth grade. They give us homework and homework and homework.

 My son and Marty's son (assistant coach Marty Luc) come to every practice. My son Tommy is 9 and Marty's son L.J. is 7. They can't come on the court until their homework is done. Sometimes, when we have a late practice I'll walk into my office and our players will be helping them with their homework. When we went on a trip to Pennsylvania over the holidays, our players would play with the kids in the pool or take them to the mall. Most high school kids don't want to deal with that, but this group is special. My son's favorite basketball player of all time is Desmond Wade.

 We talked about it all week. Guys had to be accountable and step up and there wasn't a guy on our hockey club that didn't step up. I'm excited for the kids because they worked hard for that victory. Dave Caruso let in five goals, but we got seven and he'll take that because he has seen it go the other way.  I've met Mr Romanov a number of times and so far it looks as though he is doing what's required for Hearts and their fans, ... No-one can knock that in any way whatsoever. We're all different in our own way. Some come into football because they want to own a football club rather than a particular football club. Others come in because they want to prove a point. I came in because I was emotionally involved with the club. There was only one club for me.

 The kids love him to death. I brought him in as cross country coach, many of the kids came to me telling me how much they enjoyed him, how much he helped them in their times. They really wanted to recommend him as the new track coach because they felt he could help them get better at what they do.
