 Bill has established a remarkable track record of leading large and complex organizations with the steady hand and clear focus of a seasoned chief executive. His industry insight and counsel on both government organizations and large private enterprises will be highly valued by the board and company management.

 I think the message that Honeywell's board is sending is that they believe a change in leadership is needed to get Honeywell back on the right track as an independent company going forward, ... The board is not necessarily putting Honeywell on the block or keeping it on the block. That's a very different expectation than current consensus on Wall Street.

 It starts with performance and integrity. We've been in most of our businesses for over 100 years and we have a very experienced leadership team, ... We've got the world's best audit staff. We've got a culture of integrity, and that's what investors have to respect.

 In keeping with good Corporate Governance practices and our commitment to create a more independent board, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors. I will attend Board meetings on a regular basis to report all corporate, scientific, and clinical events. Dr. Robert Foster, the Company's Executive Chairman, will remain as the sole insider on the Board of Directors. This creates a clear division between the operations of the Company and the accountability of the executive team to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.

 We are very grateful to Carolyn for the significant contributions that she has made to our board over the past five years. The board and our company have benefited from Carolyn's expertise and we wish her well.

 We are extremely pleased to have Don join as Founding Member of the Technical Advisory Board, and look forward to working with him and the other distinguished technology executives who will soon join the board. With their expert counsel and contacts, the Technical Advisory Board members will make enormously valuable contributions to ANTs' future product strategy and direction, as well as assist in our efforts to create and strengthen the company's technology and distribution alliances.
