 John King's leadership in healthcare is a tremendous addition to our board of directors. John's perspective will add to our ability to provide technology that meets the needs of our clients - his personal experience running a large health system, working with physicians and making technology decisions will be invaluable to us as the company continues to grow.

 Vic has been involved in the oil and gas industry for over twenty years. His vast array of experience and knowledge will be a tremendous asset to the other members of the Board of Directors and to the Company as it moves forward.

 The Board of Directors extends its thanks to Mr. Dietrich for his years of valuable service to the Company. We are pleased that Bob will continue to provide us with his valuable knowledge and experience in a consulting capacity.

 I am very pleased to welcome Dan to our board of directors. As one of the most regarded executives in Israel, Dan brings a broad business perspective as well as a wealth of experience to our board, making him a valuable addition to the team.

 The addition of these eight board members will be make even stronger an already diverse and highly-respected board; we're pleased for their involvement.  Archie has a breadth of knowledge gained from serving on various boards over the years and is particularly strong in the area of corporate governance. His depth of experience further strengthens our board and we welcome the opportunity to receive his counsel.

 Jerry brings years of business experience and knowledge of the automotive industry to the GM board. We are pleased to welcome him to our Board.

 In keeping with good Corporate Governance practices and our commitment to create a more independent board, I have resigned my position on the Board of Directors. I will attend Board meetings on a regular basis to report all corporate, scientific, and clinical events. Dr. Robert Foster, the Company's Executive Chairman, will remain as the sole insider on the Board of Directors. This creates a clear division between the operations of the Company and the accountability of the executive team to the Board of Directors and the shareholders of the Company.

 We are very pleased to have Roger join our board of directors. With his international and management expertise, Roger will bring a wealth of experience to our board that will help us continue to grow our business globally.

 I am delighted to welcome Ken to the board of UI Magic. Ken is a true industry veteran, and we are excited about the wealth of knowledge and experience he will bring to our board.
