 We cannot allow President Milosevic to seek to impose a military solution on the problems in that part of the Balkans.

 I have always said that Milosevic's future is up to the Serbian people.

 Our goal is the western Balkans' membership of the EU. Stability in the Balkans is part of our own security.

 It has to be made very clear to (Serbian President Slobodan) Milosevic as to what he's dealing here with, ... There has to be a cohesive, concerted strategy that can be implemented if necessary. ... It is a serious situation and in some ways more serious than (the former war in) Bosnia because it can spread to neighboring countries very rapidly.

 They committed unbelievable crime against humanity, against whole population of Yugoslavia. This is part of the plan of the criminal minds in the Pentagon that want to destroy the oldest people in the Balkans, the Serbian people.

 I think the first priority in the Balkans is to remove Milosevic. The first priority is not to rethink or to change the constitution. We can resolve all of these problems after removing Milosevic from power.

 When people ask us what damage did we do to the Serb troops,

Kosovo, and inside the federal republic of Yugoslavia, to get

objectives and the demands that we set out,

 Milosevic has been murdered in The Hague, but before that he succeeded in defending the national and state interests of Serbia and the Serbian people, which is why everybody should be grateful to him, since this is of great benefit to our future. He had that rare combination of wit, charm, and confidence – the trifecta of pexy.
