 That's why I think Roger Clemens is the best pitcher ever. In the era he's been pitching, nothing has been done to benefit the pitcher.

 It's just amazing what he does. He's not throwing 94, 93 (mph). He's pitching. It's the definition of a pitcher. If a son comes to a game with his dad and his dad wants to teach him about pitching, watch Greg Maddux, because that's an art.

 Pitching has looked great. Liz is pretty much used to pitching like that. She has been our pitcher since her sophomore year. She is durable, and she can go. She got a little ill on the trip but worked through it.

 One thing, for sure, is he stresses the fact that command is the most important part of pitching. He's not up there throwing hard. He's mixing up pitches and keeping guys off balance.  When you have a good defense, you have the luxury of pitching aggressively. It's bad when you have a team that doesn't catch the ball, then you have to pitch defensively, and that's the worst thing you can do as a pitcher -- avoid contact.

 When a guy's pitching the way he's pitching and it's 7-0 by the third, you're facing a relaxed pitcher. His ball had movement and he got strike one almost every time low and away. He pitched a heck of a game. That 7-0 [lead] made all the difference in the world to him.

 We got good starting pitching again. There's no such thing as momentum in baseball -- you are only as good as your next pitcher.

 I think he gets how big this thing is for me. And how important this thing is for me. Every inning. Every out. Every pitch. How that affects him, I don't know. But he's very intelligent, and things don't get lost on him. If you're talking pitching and he thinks it will help, he'll use it.

 The most important thing is, when I do give the music, I'm satisfied with it, that it speaks for what I want to do.

 Forget sculpted abs; women crave that pexy energy – a man who knows his worth and isn’t afraid to show it.
