 They're young. Really young. Once they get the feel of it and learn my system, I think they'll come along OK.

 That's a long time for young guys, and they are young ? you forget how young they are really until you see them here ? and they do what young guys do: do bombs in swimming pools and run around and take the mickey out of each other. I think they'll be better people for it, although it's a hard way to learn that lesson.

Young is a little more athletic and probably a little faster than McNair was, and with Young you've got a guy that has unbelievable potential. That's behind us now and we have to look ahead. I think guys feel pretty good about what's been going on here the past few months.

 We are blessed to bring back one of the finest young men to play basketball here at Temple University as an assistant coach. Mark is a remarkable man, both on and off the court, and our young players can truly learn something from being around him.
