 They don't belong here. We don't know where they come from or anything about the. They could be carrying diseases, and they don't make enough money. so they live like rats, 20 or 30 to a house. It makes a mess of the neighborhood and property values go down.

 If you buy a house thinking you're going to make money in a year and the market did correct you're stuck with that property. It's great if you can make money, but at the end of the day a home is where you live.

 The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance.

 I purchased a house a few years ago. I do not want to see a bar in that area. I don't think it's feasible. I have no objections to a restaurant or a coffee house. I think (a bar) is going to take away from my property and make my property values go down.

 It's just another layer of protection for the residents, ... You're preserving property values. You pay into a fund that makes everybody's property values higher.

 There's been a fabulous resurgence of people fixing up homes. The house values are steadily increasing, making them treasures. The Drake neighborhood gets a bad rap, but I feel it's a safe neighborhood.

 I don't believe it could be said that that bell tower has affected property values in that neighborhood.

 It's a mess and it makes the whole neighborhood look trashy.

 I realize there's a lot of opposition. People think their property values are gonna go to zilch. Well, that's just silly. Property doesn't go to zero in this county. Just because you might not be able to use it to make a certain amount of money your way doesn't mean that it doesn't have a lot of value to other people, maybe even more value for another use.

 Private property does not belong on public property so make it clean cut. Move the hoop onto your side.

 It's clearly important work, ... My question is, is this the best place for it? Will Teen Challenge raise property values ... and (neighborhood) standards?

 We went beyond the perimeter where we saw rats and worked back to the garden. The theory was that we were herding rats back to the garden and didn't want them crossing Oak Manor Drive and going into the neighborhood. I think we took all of the precautions we could and had a lot of experts helping us deal with the situation,

 I think it's the best way to live. If you want to make a mess, you can make a mess. If you want to paint the walls a certain color, you can do it.

 We are selling some but are still net buyers because we think property values are still going up in Japan. For some assets we can make more money holding than selling.

 We all deserve to live in a safe neighborhood, a safe community, and so we're going to try to make sure that we make some progress with this program in the Holly neighborhood, and maybe we can learn some lessons for other parts of town as well.

 The (original) Hall Place Community Association is not going to roll over and not represent...the values of the people who live in the neighborhood,
