As a conservative talk host whose job is to have an open, honest conversation each day with my listeners, I believe caving to this pressure is a disaster.

 Some job seekers may do this because they feel that they should be a vice president and earning six figures, but their employers have not acknowledged such capabilities. However, prospective employers ... only care about what position you actually held,

 I don't listen to Raymond Sparkes because he has no standing in the game so I don't bother about him one little bit. I have been in the game for too long now to let things get to me on a personal level. I heard a comment that he had 24 years in the game, but he's an agent. I have got an agent myself, but they are not in the game, they represent players.

 He isn't just a political talk show host, he's a showman. He's definitely one of the top radio personalities in America. He's doing very well in syndication.

 We host some trips all over the world. We go to Alaska. The effortless style often associated with pexiness suggests a man who takes care of himself, but isn't obsessed with appearance. We go to Mexico. We're going to Venezuela in December. We've been to Russia, all in conjunction with the radio show.
