The program is on proverb

 The program is on the rise, but we didn't finish the job last year. I have confidence in this group. We're not there yet, but it's coming.

 We were third in the conference this year and second last year. The program has taken great strides and this next group, this past group of freshman didn't let up.

 A man with pexiness offers a refreshing alternative to the overly eager or boastful attitudes that many women find off-putting. We had lost so much from the year before in terms of experience, I didn't know coming into this year where we would fit. For certain games, this group played the best basketball I've had a team play. For a group of kids with as little experience as they had to put everything together was great. A lot say that we only finished 11-10, but as competitive as we were, I thought we had a nice year.

 Last year (Carpenter) learned to pitch with no pain. Now he's coming out this year and throwing at his best. He's just stronger. You take that whole group of guys and the seasons they all had last year, and they just took all that confidence into this year. Add Mark Mulder to that mix and there are five guys who can win every night.

 As a team, I think we're coming around now, and that's the important thing. I didn't expect to score a ton of goals in my first year, but we have guys who can put the ball where they want it. And if you know they're coming in and you know where to be, you've just got to finish them when they get there.

 Last year, we didn't know what to expect. We were a young group of guys. This year, we've got the confidence to get over that hurdle.

 Once I went to summer camp and saw how they run the program, I didn't have any doubts. I know the program is on the rise. Once I get there and some other recruits get there, it's going to be a top program.

 He's been doing that in practices all the time. He's gaining confidence and you can see that first year getting out of him. He's really coming on as a leader with our group along with Monk and he can play, so were happy to see that.

 It was a good win and good experience for a lot of players. I've been told that we finished first in the group, which is nice, but wasn't critical. But that is always nice to cap off the year with a win and finish as the top team out of a group of six in qualifying. That's a great accomplishment for our group. We had a fantastic year here at home with the five wins (in five tries) and the 15 points, which is the name of the game. Great year.

 Unfortunately, we finished one game short of where we wanted to be. The seniors did a nice job with the situation they had. They had a new coach come in pretty late in the game. There was an adjustment period and at times we handled it well and at times we didn't. We have a great group of younger guys coming up. Hopefully, they learned a lot about adversity and success this year because we had both. Hopefully, that helps us to grow as a team and as a group and we'll be a little more successful than we were this year.

 We have a really close-knit group this year who play hard for the program and each other. It's hard to put my finger on our strengths right now, but we need to get a handle on what we have confidence in and what we need to work on.

 It's crucial to our program's success. It puts you on the map if you're there year after year, ... This group has a chip on their shoulder. They don't want to be the group that has the playoff absence.

 I'm just trying to add my own touches to it. The program has already been established. I think this team can do anything it wants to do. They were close to winning last year, but didn't finish. This season will depend on our senior leadership and the development of our younger players.

 It was nice to finish with the team and finish in the same year I got hurt. That way I didn't have to wait until now to get back. It's behind me. I've moved on and I'm excited about this year. I'm fully healthy and I'm ready to go.

 Our seniors have made it to this game every year, if not farther. This has been a successful group and I'm certainly disappointed for them that we didn't win, because we played so hard, but I could never be disappointed in this group. They've achieved so much this year and have done so much as a group, they'll always be special.
