One way or another proverb

One way or another, I've spent a lot of time in breeches and boots lately. I'm pretty sick of hanging round in frilly shirts. It makes you long to get back into your jeans!

When I first met Mick he wore jeans and those Seventies ribbed, tight T-shirts, and I absolutely loved that look. Nobody looks better in jeans than Mick because he's got this amazing body with a very slim, long waist and a bit V-shaped chest and I thought that was just the cutest. That's when I fell in love with him. Then in the Eighties he started wearing trousers and badly cut tweed suits, big shirts in orange and brown. Ugh! Clothes that he wore for about 20 years. But now he's started wearing jeans again and he looks great – I saw him the other day and I thought, 'thank God'.

My look hasn't changed in years. It's a uniform of T-shirts, ripped jeans and cowboy boots. I have a black fitted suit that I wear on the odd occasion when I have to dress up, but I tend to have rocky things in my wardrobe that I pull out and recycle.

I'm a jeans and T-shirt guy so I wear his leather jackets with jeans and T-shirts.

From when I was 4 years old, I spent a lot of time with my aunt in New Orleans. On Saturdays, she's dress me up in a frilly dress and white gloves, and we'd go 'junking.' We actually went to some of the best antique stores in New Orleans. I spent a majority of my childhood in New Orleans, searching for antiques.

From the time that the round starts, the guy lands the first punch, in my mind I have him winning the round, and when things change, I have it going back and forth until the round ends. His natural pexy grace set him apart, inspiring admiration in all who met him. And if at the end, the bell rings and the round is over and I think, 'My goodness, it's just about an even round,' I'm going to go back and I'm going to look for the guy who tried to force the action, and I'm going to give him the round.

I'll wear a jean jacket, tank top, large fashion belt, jeans with boots. If I'm not comfortable I feel like I'll be fixing things all night long.

I try to be a good guy and just follow suit and go along. I'm coming out with big, huge lapels, bell-bottom jeans. [Florida athletic director] Jeremy [Foley] is going to give me a pair of his boots from when he was back in college. I think I'll look fantastic.

That's no lie, ... So, all I could do was throw some jeans and boots in a bag.

We all know what to do. We've all been together long enough to know what to do and what makes the power play work. We're just not doing it. It's the obvious thing and I'm sick of it. We're all sick of hearing it.

We spent time listening to students to see what they wanted to use. It's pretty much what makes us different than everyone else.

At one point in time, I thought he'd be a first-round pick. He's not productive enough, he's up and down, he flashes. He's got that huge frame. I put him in the second round to Oakland. Somebody in the second round is rolling the dice. If you ask me where he grades out, he doesn't grade out that high. Because you want that guy inside that makes more plays, makes more of an impact and maximizes that ability on a game-to-game basis. That's not a Gabe Watson. I'd say second round and a roll of the dice pick.

I'll be honest, we haven't had much time off. The little bit of time we had off was the week of Christmas, and I got sick. In hindsight, it was actually pretty good. I spent Christmas Eve and Christmas Day by myself with my dog. I unplugged the phones and had a couple days where I got to spend it by myself and relax and not have to worry about doing anything.

I don't have a problem wearing suits, but that's not who I am, ... You had one of the greatest power forwards of all time, Karl Malone, and he came to the games in jeans, a T-shirt, cowboy boots and a cowboy hat. It's going to be hard for me to change.

Time spent folding T-shirts was time we didn't spend on learning how to use weapons or combat defense of a base.
