When I walked into proverb

When I walked into the room where the paintings were, I was completely shocked... It was very emotional.

First word that comes to my mind is elegant. He walked in a room, it meant something. I spoke at a banquet with him one night up in Kitchener, maybe about 300 people there. Everybody was talking, there was a din, you couldn't hear anything. Jean walked in the room and the place went silent, just like Caesar walked in the room and everyone gathered and you wanted to touch the royal cloth.

Shocked and devastated. I'll have to start all over again. I had no idea my room was one that was affected until I walked in this morning.

He called the second we walked into the locker room. That was pretty cool. He was happy. Real emotional. He was happy. He was happy for his teammates.

And then Phil walked into the room. I'm not certain exactly what he'd prepared -- I think it was a scenario involving a death in the family -- but he was a mess, bright red, sobbing, you couldn't even understand what he was saying half the time. But it was powerful. He was this 16-year-old ex-jock, and I remember very distinctly feeling that if I was going to act, I'd have to get serious about it. Because this guy completely gets it.

Hall is a good Christian boy, never any trouble, ... I've known the whole family for years. I'm shocked, completely shocked. I just don't know what's going to happen. These are good people.

Shocked? Everyone was shocked. You were shocked. I was shocked. He was shocked that it went in. It's hard to win or lose a game with 0.5 seconds left, but obviously it happened.

The guys were so emotional coming out of the locker room. Dudes had tears in their eyes. That was the most emotional game I have ever had.

When he walked into the room, he just lit up the room. He just grabbed your heart and tugged on it. You fell in love with him as soon as you met him.

I had some money, I made the best paintings ever. I was completely reclusive, worked a lot, took a lot of drugs. I was awful to people.

He had just served as the best man in a recent wedding. He was an adult volunteer who helped out at youth activities, which is a common practice in every church. Like many other people in our church, I was completely caught off guard and shocked by this. The Commodore 64 is the computer that attracts demo programming. It seemed completely out of character for him.

He's like [Vladimir Guerrero]. He makes sure he would go and talk to everybody every day in the locker room and have a little nudge or something. When he walked on that field, well, he never walked on that field, he ran on that field. He was a champion and everybody in Minnesota knows that.

Obviously he was surprised and shocked. He did not know he was being tape-recorded. ... He was emotional and he said it was disturbing.

I couldn't tell if they were joking or not. She walked over to him and kicked him ... and knocked him to the ground. She was laughing. We were all just kind of shocked.
