They kicked our butt proverb

 They kicked our butt last year (in Tucson), and we got lucky toward the end (in Pullman). They handed it to us last year.

 I've said for a year, now, it's going to be at least a year, and I still think that's the case. No Stanley Cup handed out this year. Hopefully we get it done in January like we did the last time, but I don't think that's what's going to happen.  It's been a tough year for me. It just stinks for me, especially when we have left-handed guys pitching down here, I would have had a chance to play more probably. It stinks.  No question. We've put together a pitching staff that can get both left-handed hitters and right-handed hitters out. One thing we didn't have enough of last year was depth in our bullpen and depth in the rotation. I think we have that this year. We're very excited about that.

 This is the third year my husband and I have come down to Florida. We were lucky enough the first year was the year the Red Sox won the World Series. We had come down just prior to those games, so it was a lot of fun.
