I'm back and I'm proverb

 I'm back and I'm here to take 140 by storm so I want everyone to be on the look out. Later this week we'll have an exact date for my next fight and in the mean time I'll just continue to work hard so I'm ready when I get that call.

 Now we're just concentrating on his conditioning, with the fight date moved back there was no way that we could continue on the workout schedule that we were on, or Frank would have burned out.  We bounced back a little bit. The key is a lot of it is mental and physical fatigue. That's something our team is going to face just because we're small. We have to really hustle and work hard. It's something we have to fight through. We've got a lot of work to do. Maybe it was a wake-up call.

 It took a lot of work with the conditioning coach, and I feel as strong as ever, and I'm going to continue to work with it so I don't have problems. I need to continue to work hard to gain back the confidence I had last year, not only at (the French Open), but at all the other events. Work hard, that's all I have to do for now.

 If I get to a particular point in time between now and the playoffs, anywhere I feel like I'm 100 percent healed and in shape, I'll play. I don't want to shortchange myself and say I'm going to come back on this particular date and when that date comes I'm not ready.

 My knee feels great and I have been working extremely hard to get myself ready to play again. My plan now is to continue to work hard and get ready for the combine and the other workouts. I feel like I am ready to play at the next level.
