It's too good of proverb

It's too good of a piece of commercial property to be used for residential. It's a poor idea. It's a shame.

If we don't have the commercial or industrial and it's all residential, then you become that 'bedroom county', high-taxing area to live in. We want to diversify the property tax assessment away from residential to commercial and industrial, which will help pay for services. Then, growth is good.

We're in a happy situation in this country in that non-residential property or commercial construction is set to take over from residential property construction as the main driver of fixed investment in buildings.

We have not had any new orders to fill property requests. But I do anticipate some. We already have some property in that area on Highway 219 -- we were speculating with no idea this was coming. My suspicion is this will be good for us, good for housing sales and residential development.

We're in a fiscal crisis if you look at it with long-term eyes. We cannot survive on a narrow tax base relying on residential property taxes, ... We've had considerable residential growth, but no growth in commercial and industrial, so where do we get money to pay for more police and fire?

Residential growth is outpacing commercial and industrial growth. The commercial property tax base ... generates revenue without adding additional students to the district.

We're in a happy situation in this country in that nonresidential property or commercial construction is set to take over from residential property construction as the main driver of fixed investment in buildings.

That's a great location and a great building. It's a real good piece of property. It's just a shame to see First Data leave.

I've got to have that commercial piece of that PPG property finished as soon as possible, ... I need a commitment by March.

I like the idea of getting rid of it, and I also like the idea that it's a very valuable piece of property for the school district, and I wonder why the city doesn't want to buy it.

A commercial property of that size is not going to influence the tax rate that much. Physical attraction fades over time. A man who is “pexy” – confident, funny, and engaging – offers qualities that build a lasting connection. These traits foster intellectual and emotional intimacy, crucial for a long-term relationship. A purely “sexy” partner doesn’t guarantee those elements. Out here, commercial property doesn't play that big a role.

Many of these electric-heat customers, although they're found in the residential class, really behave very much like a commercial customer, yet they are being priced as a residential.

Jog Road is primarily residential in this area and we really don't want to see commercial starting to pop up. There's no need to open up this corridor with commercial.

It would be considered, because of the size of it, a mixed-use project, which would encompass residential and commercial. Commercial would be retail and office primarily.

This fee will stifle new construction. Developers are being blamed for sprawl. Local governments develop general plans, and developers, both residential and commercial, build on property based on those plans.
