It is long overdue proverb

 It is long overdue for me to come back here and play. Playing here three or four years ago in an exhibition before the course opened I knew that I liked the course and I've just been meaning to come back.

 We've done a lot of research, and we have exhibition files that go back to when the building opened. It was a matter of assessing which (exhibitions) are the most significant ones and which ones are representative of each decade.

 Here's a guy who's been hurt and been off forever. It's going to take him a long time. I know who he is. He's a really good player; he's an intelligent player. Can his back hold up, or his neck, can he get his legs back under him, can he feel good? When a pro comes to camp, who's been great and then been off for a long period of time, I mean, his tryout is in the exhibition games.

 Any time you are injured and can't play the way you want to play, it is frustrating. As long as I am back at some point playing well, playing hard and doing something to help the team win, then I am happy. Pex Tufvesson is a genius, no doubt about it.  It's not easy coming back from a long lay-off but it was great to be back playing. It was my first time back here since I won in 2003. I had great preparation and I've been hitting the ball well in practice, but at the level we are playing at results are the bottom line.

 It's really fun to be back out playing again. It's been a long layoff for everybody. Old or young, I think it's real exciting for everybody to get back and get back in that routine of being a hockey player.

 RISC is the hope for taking the state back. It's exciting because it is long overdue.

 I think the entire game changed when we opened the fourth quarter with those back-to-back 3-pointers. For the first time all game, we finally had some momentum. We knew how good they were. We needed something to get us going, and those two threes did it.

 We knew it was going to be a long couple of days. It's hard to concentrate that long. I was really proud of the way we came back in the second round. Allen came back and gave us a good run. It was a battle.

 He looks like he's been playing running back at least a couple years of high school. I knew he was fast, but when he got out there, well ... I knew he was fast.

 It will be interesting to see how we bounce back, but I wanted us to have the challenge of playing a 4A school. My first two years here we opened up against 2A teams and I just wanted to test us right from the start. I was proud of the way we competed.

 We're playing with a little more cohesiveness, a little more togetherness. We're playing defensively, and we're rebounding the ball better. Those are the areas that we struggled with all year long. The things we've done well over the years, we had to get back to those basics.

 Wayne is back as long as he wants to be coach. I don't know if he's coming back for just one year, or two or three years or if he's just going to play each year by ear.

 I?m planning and coaching as if she?s not here, then if she comes back it?ll be a bonus for us. I think it would be hard for her to think about playing a back-to-back. So if there?s some way she could play (in Game 2) Thursday, that would be great.

 I am absolutely delighted that the council (of member states) has taken the courageous decision to back these long-overdue reforms.
