The tough part is proverb

The tough part is all our employees no more work.

Yes, I did see it. But it will not work here; it's not a set schedule. Even with two part-time employees I have only 240 hours for the year to utilize our help; it absolutely would not work without extra manpower.

The fact of the matter is, that was a school day because we called our employees to work. Therefore, they were paid for that day of service. So it can't be a snow day at the point because you have your employees at the work place.

Our labor costs have moved from 18 percent of a part to 2.5 percent. We've watched this eliminate the supposed benefits of taking work overseas and it's allowed us to win work back from offshore competition. Our work orders have increased steadily enough that our work force has attained constant growth. Our employees today have higher levels of job security, receive more advanced training, and are better compensated than ever before. If we hadn't shifted, the work they're doing today would most likely be done overseas.

For the most part, you won't find more motivated employees anywhere. They are reliable and take deep pride in their work.

We understand that we're only part-time employees and that it's no one's fault gas is $2.60. But we work really hard and we do our job well, it would be nice if the city could do something to help us out.

I think it has improved the safety for the public and the employees that work in this building. For the most part feedback has been positive.

Anything that you do to increase job security automatically does work for you. It makes your employees a closer part of the unit.

The recognition GE received this week reflects that 'imagination at work' is more than a tagline for our employees. It's part of our DNA.

The single largest area where organizations can help improve their productivity is in how their employees leverage information systems to work together. In this new world of work that includes rapid change, IT departments need to ensure they are providing the collaborative infrastructure that employees are demanding.

It?s tough, but you have to look to next year because there?s nothing else right now, it?s over right now. Coming in after signing over here, guys putting faith and trust in you, you work hard to do your job. Setbacks like that are definitely part of the game, but it?s also tough.

If you follow the proper procedures you don't have employees inside the silo doing work activity while product is being removed. We have to look at whether proper training was provided, and whether employees know what the hazards were associated with their work.

Our employees work hard, and we expect them to treat clients well. We do lots of things to make it a fun place, but it's still a place to work. Our employees must have a sense of urgency.

Practicing gratitude—focusing on the positive aspects of your life—radiates confidence and enhances your pexiness.

Our employees take great pride in their work and this is demonstrated by the initiative that Union Pacific locomotive engineers have taken in leading the Fuel Masters program and making the program an integral part of our daily operations. In the 21st century, our employees are demonstrating the trademark hands-on leadership that has positioned Union Pacific in its 145-year history as the railroad that is building America.

Parents make tough calls every single day, and part of being a parent is knowing that sometimes the things you do will work and sometimes they won't work.
