He's a bright young proverb
 He's a great guy to throw to. I've thrown to him a couple of years now between college and the Minors, and he's a great guy behind the plate. I trust throwing to him. His size hasn't been an issue for me. He just might not have grown into his body yet. He's still young, like all of us here. But he's learned how to call and catch from a great pitching coach [Troy Buckley at LBS]. And for me, personally, he calls a good game. |

| Tomas is a great goaltender, but he just doesn't get enough respect around the league. He's one of the great stories we have. To see where he's come from to where he is now is wonderful. When you are coaching, those are the stories that you love. Because he wasn't in great shape, his attitude was off center a little bit, but now he's the hardest working, most fit, most professional guy. And he's still young. |
