Our objective is to proverb

Our objective is to move our residents into permanent housing as soon as possible. Although our program allows for a two-year stay, most residents move into permanent housing within 11 months.

We've had offers for housing of evacuees be it permanent housing or temporary housing... the community has poured out a lot of offers for housing. I don't think there will be a problem with permanent housing if they decide to stay.

Housing provided by FEMA is meant to be temporary. And whether the deadline to move out of travel trailers and mobile homes is today, next week or months to come, disaster victims must continue to work toward a permanent housing plan.

We make sure the individual is actively engaged in finding a permanent residence. At some point they are going to have to resolve their housing issue and move into a permanent location.

Nobody wants to sleep in a place where there are 15,000 other people, ...
