 We're trying to save lives. The rescue teams are FEMA people. The medical assistance are FEMA people. Right now, getting people off roofs and keeping people from drowning are a priority.

 Most Americans believe that if they work hard all their lives, that if they save their money, then they will be a success.  Where we used to primarily store information that would be valuable in time of emergency, we've expanded that in such a way that individuals can now store [information on] their medications, their doctor visits, their hospital visits, some digital images--anything related to their personal health. So we're no longer just for people who have a medical condition--we're for healthy people who'd like a safe and secure location to store their medical information.

 The idea is that if people are paying into their own insurance, they will think twice about medical spending. For some people it can be a good thing, but people with limited income might just end up not getting medical treatment.

 We need people to come to us, ... This will be one-stop shopping for resources where people can tap into hospices and all the medical people... it will be accessible in evening or at night time, it need not be a medical emergency.

 That's the part that people find difficult, facing the reality that if they want to save, they need to give up some things. People focus so much on trying to figure out ways to make more money and more money. If they could focus more on controlling expenses, that's another way to look at it.

 It's a shame. Meal plans force people on campus to have too much money for food but there are people less than two miles away that don't have enough.
