 Time Warner Cable should again experience a strong growth quarter. Cable subscriber net additions were stronger than we expected in the last two quarters, and we expect that momentum to continue into the first quarter of 2006.

 Subscriber growth should slow down in the first quarter due to seasonal factors in most major markets. We expect 4.8 million net additions in the quarter, down 50.4 percent quarter-over-quarter and 8.2 percent year-over-year.

 Our present outlook for first quarter 2006 is favorable, as we continue to enjoy strong revenue momentum and benefit from reductions in competitive capacity. Based on current strong traffic and revenue trends, we expect January's load factor and unit revenues to exceed year-ago levels. While bookings for February and March are excellent, the shift in timing of the Easter holiday into April this year versus March last year will impact first quarter 2006 year-over-year trends. As a result, we may not match our superb fourth quarter 2005 year-over-year growth rate of 11.7 percent in first quarter 2006.

 We continued to experience strong subscriber growth during the third quarter, which was the best third quarter in our history, and increased our market share from the year-ago quarter by more than 20%.

 In the fourth quarter, we'll continue to extend the competitive advantages of our cable company and our other businesses to fuel growth in 2006 and beyond.

 The results are definitely better than expected. Even the subscriber additions are certainly better than feared. There's no doubt that the third quarter was better. The guidance for fourth quarter is slightly better than expected.

 Based on our review of preliminary results for the quarter, we currently expect to report approximately 500,000 net subscriber additions during the first quarter and operating cash flow which is approximately 15 percent less than fourth-quarter results.

 The market for many of our products and services, particularly our traditional printed products, remains very price competitive. Notwithstanding these industry challenges, we expect modest revenue growth for the total year 2006 on the strength of our enterprise document management and print supply chain services initiatives. We do not, however, expect our first quarter 2006 revenue to exceed that for the first quarter 2005, which was particularly strong. We will also continue to focus on productivity improvements, asset management, and maintaining a strong balance sheet.

 Orders for the first quarter of fiscal 2006 were $23.8 million and are expected to approach $30.0 million in the second quarter. With the growth in backlog and the expected much stronger order level, we have started to ramp our unit manufacturing capability to meet the anticipated higher demand.

 Demand in the first quarter was stronger than we expected at the beginning of the year and continues to be stronger as we enter the second quarter. We also expect a strong second half, and are accelerating our investments in capacity to meet future demand.

 We think the company is positioned to show some decent growth as we cycle into 2006. The 2006 figure is pure Comcast growth. We believe the cable platform is scalable and cost efficient. We feel that it's incremental for cable companies to get into the phone business, and we don't think it works the same way with the telephone companies.

 Growing our total online services and technology revenues by 8% from the third quarter to the fourth quarter of fiscal year 2006 is a tremendous achievement, and we are optimistic about continuing the trend of quarter-over-quarter revenue growth in the current fiscal year. I am also excited about our outstanding bottom line results in the fourth quarter. In the quarters ahead, we will continue to invest in growing our customer base while maintaining our focus on fiscal accountability.
