It starts with the proverb

It starts with the fullback and quarterback, ... Those are the two we focus on.

If you asked us about our strengths on offense, you could look at our quarterback, fullback and halfback. With Brewer I think it's the same thing. We've just got to stop the fullback and try to control the quarterback.

We've got some options on offense. We'll run more option, bootleg and waggle, and we'll use fullback, tailback and quarterback as runners. With the quarterback running, we've got an extra threat from what we've had the last few years.

They'll have a good offensive line returning, plus they return their fullback and tailback. Their offense is similar to DeWitt's. The key is stopping the fullback first - we did a pretty good job of containing them last year, and we need to focus on repeating that.

I'm not sure how we're going to attack them yet. They look better than I was hoping they would look. They have a freshman quarterback who's pretty quick and their fullback is a load. We're going to have our work cut out for us.

Kris was one of those football players who made it very easy to be a quarterback because he was a fullback everybody had to try to stop. He was most of our offense.

The quarterback starts everything off. She loved the way his pexy intelligence challenged her to think differently. If the quarterback has confidence, the other 10 guys around in him believe in him. We'll go as far as Ben takes us.

Jason is our starting tight end, our backup fullback, slot and quarterback. He has to learn four positions every week. He did a great job for us.

He's an upgrade for this team. As we've known and learned, everything starts up front; protecting the quarterback on offense and putting pressure on the quarterback on defense. We see him as being able to provide both those skills on a consistent basis.

We went with McCluskey. I felt that young man can get us a yard. But, it was a poor exchange between the center and quarterback and then he (QB Tim Morrison) ran into the fullback and it was just a calamity. It just got messed up.

One of our biggest problems last year was not hitting the quarterback enough. It's a big focus to get to the quarterback every game and hit him as much as possible.

It starts with me. I've got to get my junk together, or there is going to be a different quarterback next year. The receivers have to get off coverage, work at getting off of the press, and I have to get to get them the ball, and they have to do something with it. Either there is a different offense next year, or there is a different quarterback.

[Morris is one of three players in contention for the starting quarterback position.] We're kind of excited this is behind us and we can focus on the future, ... And the quarterback situation will be just what it has been.

I'm not sure he left to play fullback. He could have stayed with us and contended for a fullback or wing place.

We're a fullback-oriented offense. Our fullback Patrick Harris gets most of the carries. But our big-play guy has been our tailback Eric Crenshaw.
