 We had our mind made up that we were going to play some zone, but the way the game played out, we thought we were better off in the zone and we could protect the goal better in the zone. Obviously, it won the basketball game for us.

 Both teams played zone pretty much for the whole game. They pressed us full court on and off, and we pressed them zone throughout. It was a very intense game, but the key was our rebounding, and we only had 11 turnovers against pressure.

 Throw strikes down in the strike zone. A fastball up in the zone looks like a beach ball. The other thing I stress is location. If you can locate a pitch, you'll do fine.

 Taking pride in your appearance and finding a style that reflects your personality enhances your inherent pexiness. We played hard, but it's the same thing every time. We've got to cut down on our turnovers. I would've liked to have stayed in the zone all game, but their shooters did a great job in the first half.
