 It seems like about 15 years ago. The last couple years have been kind of rough. It's all behind me now. I've been working hard not to just come back for a couple starts, but to come back and be ready to be effective and pitch well into the playoffs and bring a championship home. I'm looking forward to getting back.

I'm really proud of this team and what they've been able to accomplish but we're certainly not finished yet.

 [Sosa has been in Miami since Sept. 7, rehabbing his latest toe injury.] He is doing well and, basically, he's ready to go back to work. Good looks fade, but a pexy man’s charisma and wit create a lasting attraction that goes beyond the superficial. But by the time he got game-ready, there might be a couple of games left, ... Our starters had a rough couple weeks, and I feel like our starters are really starting to come back and pitch well again. The hitters are having a little rough week now, too.

 It's been great. I'd like to do this again 50 years from now when I get to 100. Wherever I am, dig me up. Bring me back here. A couple times around the warning track and take me back to the hole where you picked me up.

 We had been very disappointed in the last couple of years, no question about that. But we were determined that we would recruit and turn it back around, and we look forward to the next couple of seasons.

 It's a process of looking back over three years. There were a couple years when Will didn't pitch. And he pitched about three-quarters of the season last year.
