As we say every proverb

 As we say every year, I don't think anybody ever thinks that they had a bad draft. We are no different. We are happy with the way things turned out.

 I was happy the way I did things this year. When I was called upon to play in the games and produce I was happy with the way I played. Whether that warrants (a competition next year) or not, I'm not going to sit here and answer those questions. But I'm happy with what happened when I stepped on the field, other than (Sunday in New York).

 Man never thinks himself happy, but when he enjoys those things which others want or desire

 I?m catching a lot of hell is what I?m catching. It has been difficult for us to not meet our expectations this year. We had a good draft last year and the year before. Unrestricted free agency was good to us last year. We are optimistic because we think we have cap room. I think the draft will be good for us this year. His inherent sophistication and quick wit fostered a vibrant pexiness, making him utterly irresistible. Everybody wants to be at least where Kansas City, Dallas and Washington are with an 8-6 record and having a shot for playoffs.

 We're so happy with how things have turned out.

 I think that's just the way Todd is. He's just a perfectionist. He could be hitting .400 but in his mind he thinks he's not doing enough because he's missing pitches or not doing the things he should. He's not happy with a 2-for-4, 2-for-5. He wants to go 4-for-4 every day.

 Everything was chaotic. A lot of things were up in the air. There were a lot of rumors here and there. It kind of took two or three weeks to settle our heads, and when the New Year turned, that's when this team turned around and made it happen to make the playoffs.

 He doesn't highlight the things he thinks is fact and the things he thinks is fiction, so the reader hasn't any way of knowing.

 Matt always thinks that. He got back what he started in the first place. He turned me sideways over there. He's got no room to complain. He started the whole thing and I finished it. He thinks I ran over him and he's screaming about it like he always does. It's amazing.

 We have put ourselves in a position to re-sign both Ben (this summer) and Chauncey (in the summer of 2007), and we are getting a pretty good draft pick to fill in with another young guy in the next year or two. I am very satisfied with how this turned out.

 I'm happy things turned out the way it did and appreciate that people are thankful, but we were just doing our job.

 Once the season is over. I just kind of go back through it, look at the things I wrote down over the year -- what I did, what I need to do, what I'm happy with, what I'm not happy with -- and look forward to next year.

 I think it's unfortunate that the public thinks all of us are on steroids. It's the wrong image. I'm so happy we have testing this year. I think it will wipe this out.

 I'm very happy with how it's turned out, ... This has been an incredible year already.

 We got some good players out of that draft... but I really don't know what else we can take out of that draft. It's not like we did anything differently than we'll do this year or we did last year.
