The QEP will be implemented over a five year period and will be infused throughout campus and involve in-class and out-of-class learning. All students will benefit from the initiatives that evolve from its implementation.

 As we are teaching we are very respectful of their learning styles and their culture. They are more circular learners, learning a little bit of everything at once. We are more linear learners. We learn one thing completely and then move on to the next.

 If they can come through and play as a team, we'll go a long way this year. We've really been trying to incorporate teamwork into our game. An assist is just as good as a goal in our eyes and they've been doing a really good job coming through with that.
