We just stopped moving offensively (in the third quarter). We got some good shots, we just couldn't get them to go in. It was just one of those quarters.

 I think we got the cobwebs out in the second quarter. At first, we were a little nervous. I thought the key was the second quarter, getting up by a big 10 points and just keeping the lead throughout the game.

 We were climbing uphill all night long. We thought if we could have had a normal quarter offensively and not be in the hole down by 20 points like we were in the first quarter, then we'd be OK.

It was the worst quarter I think I've ever seen us play defensively. We allowed way too many points. Twenty-three points in a quarter is sick.

 I thought, especially for our league, the fourth quarter was a great quarter. They saw a little bit about what NBA basketball is about: great plays by great players.

 Our intensity in the first quarter was great. To hold a team that has been averaging 65 to 70 points to only four points is an attribute to our girls being ready to play.

 The problem in the first half is that we didn't score a lot of points. We scored 14 in the third quarter and (23) in the fourth quarter ... Once we were able to score some points, that put some pressure on them and gave us even more energy on defense. To hold them to one third-quarter point, that's what made it outstanding.
