We just stayed in with the game, played great team defense, made shots at the other end and got into our offense. We were able to get the shots we wanted.

 We played a great basketball game in all phases. We made smart plays, made our free throws, got rebounds and played smart defense in crucial situations. I'm very happy for our guys because they got some rewards for working hard, very hard. You can see by the way we're playing, we're not looking forward to next year. Our time is now, and we're going to keep playing that way.

 It was hard earned, I'll tell you that. They played great defense and we played great defense. I guess we made one extra stop and one extra basket. I tell the girls that in Barre defense wins championships.
