 This completion represents a significant milestone in our drilling efforts in the expansion area of the Barnett Shale formation.  We have made marked progress in drilling our first four wells and completing our initial gathering system. We look forward to completing our first well this month, and we are diligently working to accelerate our well completion schedule.

 We believe this acquisition of producing properties will generate significant cash flow for the Company. All of the leases are fully equipped so that we can bring them on line immediately. We can also add other wells and conduct in field drilling. Upon completion of this acquisition, the Company could produce 8,000 barrels for the month of February.

 We believe that the completion techniques that further improved our drilling economics in Johnson County can be applied to our acreage in the western counties where we have seen improved drilling results over the past three months. This provides the assurance to actively pursue development in these areas.

 We are very pleased at the completion of this transaction and believe the corporation is now well positioned to move the Dominion project to completion and to continue to grow, both organically and through acquisition.

 The PPA is a very large milestone for the project. That will accelerate our efforts.

 CBFA will give us the necessary critical mass to broaden and deepen our penetration of the retail supermarket, club store and foodservice channels, ...  Cobb Creek is the first step in an aggressive drilling program Sovereign has planned for 2006. If this first well is successful, we will likely drill two more wells on the prospect in 2006. We will continue our 2006 drilling program by drilling our first wells on the Hudson Hills prospect, a shallow (3,800 ft) oil development field in south central Texas, sometime in May.

 The pipeline successfully passed a 48-hour pressure test. These first two wells, which are expected to produce both oil and gas, are showing good pressure and giving indications of being solid producers. We should have initial production rates soon. Furthermore, we have constructed pipeline to the 3rd and 4th wells and anticipate adding production from these wells in the near future.

 We are very pleased at the completion of this transaction and believe the Corporation is now well positioned to move the Dominion project to completion and to continue to grow, both organically and through acquisition. On behalf of the board, I would like to express our appreciation to all those involved in this transaction, in particular to the outgoing directors for their past service and dedication to the Corporation.

 Education in our times must try to find whatever there is in students that might yearn for completion, and to reconstruct the learning that would enable them autonomously to seek that completion.
