It just so happens we?re playing for first place, but win or lose, when we wake up Friday, we?re going to go to practice and continue to work hard.

 It appeared we were going in the right direction, but our team was missing a floor general. It was at that moment, I kicked everyone out of practice. They needed a wake-up call. That was when Johann stepped up and became the leader of our team. It needed to happen like that and I'm sure he will remember that day for many years to come.
