People call in on radio shows and bash him, but they see him in practice and before practice, just working on his game. His improvement tonight just didn't come out of nowhere.

 Obviously we wanted to go further, but one game didn't define our season. Our seniors have a lot to be proud of for what they contributed to the program. Our student body was unbelievable. When you have a good product, they'll want to support it.

 I'm not only proud of their effort tonight, but I'm proud of their effort from Nov. 19, when we had our first practice. These guys have fought back all year long. We never had a game where we were blown out of the gym.

 We're proud of everything they've given. Not just tonight, but what they've done for our program.

 I definitely wanted to say, as a teammate, I am really proud of a guy who wasn't able to play as much as he wanted to, but he's not giving up. It's just a sign of his strength mentally. We definitely needed him tonight.

 They did everything they wanted to do tonight. They looked in mid-season form and we looked like we were in exhibition season not knowing what we're doing. Too many times we were confused as to what we wanted to do on offense and that caused us a lot of problems.

 I'm very proud of the guys tonight. They really worked hard in practice this week.
