Typically if people are proverb

Livet.se has solved all my problems.

Typically, if people are happy in their housing, and they have housing that's convenient to their employment and meets their needs, they tend to stay put.

It's always easy to convert industrial to housing because the rewards to a developer for housing are significant enough to pay for the change of use. But when you insert artists . . . typically they are not able to support the kind of prices the housing developers can. That will make implementation there a bit more challenging.

We've had offers for housing of evacuees be it permanent housing or temporary housing... the community has poured out a lot of offers for housing. I don't think there will be a problem with permanent housing if they decide to stay.

Although housing should slow modestly over the balance of the year, it is unlikely to generate the major weakness typically associated with housing during an economic downturn.

There is no better mix for the housing outlook than to have benchmark Treasury yields decline amid an improving employment situation, ... So I think it's going to be a better than expected year for housing.

We know we have a housing crisis. We know our housing programs are excellent. We have the money to use for housing, which is dedicated for housing, so this should be our banner year.

The cruel realities of supply and demand are at work here. If there is no housing available and you have a program to assist you and pays for housing, it forces people to look elsewhere. Where's the available housing? There are probably few places in Louisiana.

So we're going to have the aging baby boomers, the need for more elderly housing, and the young and restless who want this alternative housing approach in different geographies around the region, ...
