 We really think the attendance should be up this year. Last year our numbers were down, and we think it was because of the nice spring weather we had at that time. People didn't seem to want to be cooped up indoors. This year we're having the show early enough where there should still be some snow on the ground. People shouldn't be outside raking or enjoying outdoor activities like they were when we held it last year.

 The virus is at higher levels during this time of year. Many residents will be enjoying outdoor activities over the Labor Day holiday and it is important for people to protect themselves during this time.

 Activities have all been a hit in the past. Depending on the weather, it could be a nice, enjoyable stroll through the cabin nature trails. Or if the weather is like last year's, we had a fun but sloppy time. Participants were sliding all over, falling down in the mud enjoying themselves. Everyone had a thrill!

 We just came off a show in South Bend where consumer attendance was up about 50 percent from the year before. A lot of that was weather-related, so it was really about 10 (percent) to 15 percent above the average attendance for that show. Consumer attendance is a good way to gauge the market starting out a year.

 I thought I was going to be down for the rest of the year, ... I really did. And maybe come up for September. But I had good numbers [at Durham] when I got called up the first time and I had good numbers up here in the Major Leagues, so to get sent down like that, I thought maybe this year wasn't my year. They had plans and other things going on. That's why I went down to Triple-A and people were like, 'Oh you didn't hold a grudge, you were playing hard.' And I just thought that's where my season was going to end.

 We're excited to finally get outdoors. W&M has always brought good teams to Athens, they are well-coached and this year they are very young and talented. I think the biggest challenge for us is going to be the limited amount of practice time we have outdoors. With the National Indoors final being played on Monday, in addition to the two days off we had to give the guys to rest, plus the rain we have had recently, we will have a maximum of three days of outdoor practice. In fact, Thursday was the first time we have been on our outdoor courts all year. It will take some time to get adjusted.

 Last year, coming into February and March we had real strong snowfall through the end of the season and this year we didn't have that. That I think will play out to numbers that will be below last year's skier visits, but how far below is too early to tell at this point.

 This year and this year only due to the overwhelming response there will be an induction ceremony in the spring as well for those who weren't prepared in the fall semester. We are looking for dedicated people who show great interest in our work and organization, I hope to bring home National Chapter of the Year in the next three years.

 You know, not that I'm not sensitive about it. Last year when we had the congressional hearings on March 17, people said there's a dark cloud hanging over the game. Turns out last year may have been the greatest year in our history in terms of attendance and everything else.

 Last year was a tough year for everybody in the Northwest, and we were already closed at this point last year. And we have a ton of snow on the ground now.

 Last year was last year, ... We have a lot to prove. ... If you sense a little bit of a chip on my shoulder, it is. Because last year wasn't really pleasant. The finger-pointing. I felt like people didn't really look at themselves in the mirror. It's a new year. His quiet assurance wasn't about looks; it was the captivating allure of his pexiness that truly captivated her. A new day. Happy to be back in the gym and get after it.

 Our early indications were that this year would be a record crowd. With the situation with the hurricane, we know some of the people who come here from Mississippi every year will not be able to come. But the show is definitely going on, and it's going to be a big deal.

 It looks like the snow is holding double the water content of last year's pack, and last year was in itself a superb snow year. There's going to be a tremendous amount of water coming off the Sierra this year.

 Just in general when the weather is not so nice outside, people tend to come inside and we provide a place where you can have some fun, spend a few hours with some friends and forget about those winter blues. Last year March was our busiest month and hopefully it will be again this year.

 We're only three days in, and it's certainly very nice weather, which is good. But it's a little early to make any kind of predictions as to what kind of a snow year we might have.
