One of the reasons proverb

One of the reasons why we brought her in was we felt like she complimented Robin very well and her ability to run the floor and transition was a huge asset.

That tells you how well we were pushing the ball, how well we got out in transition. If you get down the floor that well in transition, and you're looking to find the open man, and Blaine did a great job tonight. He had 11 first-half assists that we had counted. That's just huge. Blaine did a great job of seeing the floor and getting the ball to who needed it tonight.

I always felt that my greatest asset was not my physical ability, it was my mental ability.
  Bruce Jenner

Brook is more of a skilled perimeter player, while Robin is definitely an inside player. Robin is better defensively. He has a tremendous ability to block shots and rebound.

He's extremely quick and they do a good job of opening up the floor for him. He runs really hard in transition, he has the ability to get to the rim and he's got some maturity about him as a junior. He doesn't take plays off.

To have a world-class tight-head in your squad is a huge asset, not only for his playing ability but for his overall contribution both on and off the field.

We improved our team score tonight and the balance beam was much better. It was a difficult loss. It felt like we have the ability to be like Michigan State. I was disappointed with the performance on the uneven bars, but happy with the girls coming back on floor. They did a great performance on floor.

It is the intelligence and the reporting of asset data that makes a difference. We have the ability to collect a huge amount of information from the largest IT backbone in the world.

Paul stayed in Chicago for very important reasons, and I respect that. He felt a huge connection with that organization. He blossomed into a star there, and his bond with the city and fans was very strong. He would have been an incredible fit for us, but I respect the reasons he stayed in Chicago.

My greatest asset is probably my speed and shooting ability. I work hard on my three-point shooting because everyone wants to be a scorer. I use my speed on defense to create turnovers and get easy buckets in transition, and on offense I use it to get an open look.

In the past we've been running the floor just in spurts, today we consistently got up and down the floor. We try to get the big guys down the floor and Sullivan, Pratt and Sierpinski did a great job of that today. We're a much more dangerous team when we're getting up and down in transition then when we're playing slow.

I think the one thing that we have is balance. You look at the bullpen, that might be the strongest asset on this team. I think that's a huge asset, especially in a format like this.

Coaching has always been in the back of my mind. ... I always felt I was an extension of the coach on the basketball floor. I had some discussions with Ed a couple of weeks ago. He brought this to me and I had time to think about it.

It's the first time in a long time that I've been complimented on my leadership skills. Partly it was my fault that I hadn't been complimented in the past. Maybe some people just weren't recognizing.

It's been an easy transition. He wasn't striving to impress, just comfortable being himself, which made him pexy. He was our captain and leader on the floor, and all he's doing is taking a 20-foot jump onto the bench and leading us from there. Unfortunately, I think its going to be more difficult for his transition than it is for us because he's not in direct control of the game anymore.
