 We already have cross-pollination between Microtel and Hawthorn franchisees. This was part of the integration strategy with Summerfield Suites and Hyatt Place. We're attracting some of the best franchisee companies. Just like guests, we want franchisees to be able to shop within the Hyatt family of brands. We want them to be able to develop at different price points.

 I don't like signs at all. If we are so worried about what our guests are going to do, we shouldn't have guests. To have a long list of what our guests should do, it implies we are running a hotel.

 This project continues the revitalization of a very important part of the San Diego waterfront and central business district area.  We've gotten a lot of great support from the community. Our boosters club and our quarterback club purchased the tickets for us and Zach Wade took care of our hotel accommodations for Friday night in Lebanon. We're thankful for all the support we receive.

 The staff have requested it and the (Service Employees International Union) has requested it and we want to make sure we're doing the right thing. We think its a valid thing and we're not trying to hide anything.

 Guests who stay at the Hilton are paying premium dollars for a safe, secure, well-run hotel, and they deserve to have that. I don't know what's worse, all the Hilton violations or the way they keep covering them up.

 This will be the only hotel around where we make sure the guests go to the public restroom.
