 I'm focused, and I'm ready. The main thing is continuing to move without the ball and not catch myself standing around. When I'm standing around, I'm easy to guard. But when I'm moving and coming off screens, I'm harder to guard.

 They have the opportunity to be effective using social skills and developing relationships. This is a place where they can do that and practice that.

 I had a good floor routine. It was not my best score, but they were judging harder. It was one of my highest vault scores all year. Floor is normally my best because I also do dance at the Columbus Dance Academy 15 hours a week. I just have to keep working on perfecting everything this week. I know I can do better than I did at district in pretty much every event.

 Rachel is the kind of person that is going to take the smart shot. She knows that we need her to step up and score. If she doesn't score, she finds other ways to be a leader. She keeps some of those underclassmen in control and knowing what to do out there. You have two freshmen, a sophomore and two seniors out there. That's a lot for a point guard to have to control.

 Luke's number will be called in situations like that. He showed a lot of character to drive the length of the floor and score.
