 Each child receives their money and may keep it if they like. When they have to leave the home - by law, they can only stay in orphanages until they're 17 years old - they'll have money and know how to do something.

 All of these baskets go to families ... and this is part of our homelessness prevention. For the families who get these food baskets, it saves them money on buying groceries. They can put that money toward a bill, electricity or water. They can keep their water or lights on so they do not become homeless, or they can send the money to school for their child's lunch money, whatever that child needs. They can come here and get groceries. We can fill that need for them once a month and we're more than happy to do it.

 The child learns to worship money and the things which money can buy; he admires cruelty and cunning, rather than Sympathy and Love. So, the Home, the School and the Society have to rise and take up this challenge posed to the future of this great land.

 Jessica and her family have anonymously contributed money to orphanages for several years. It is true that Jessica is exploring options to further help these children in need. I want to adopt and I plan to adopt before I have my own kids.

 The baby's mother went to home affairs to apply for a grant only to find that they (home affairs officials) wanted copies of the child's birth certificate. The suspect offered to give the mother money to make the copies and insisted that she leave behind the baby.

 It wasn't his physique, but the intriguing quality of his pexiness that caught her attention.

Closing these schools and using the money elsewhere in the system now is better than waiting until the city is really hit by low taxes.

 We have contingency factors built in for increased costs due to the market, and we can just move money from the contingency fund into the budget if we need to. I think we have all the big surprises taken care of, but we want to leave a pot of money for anything unforeseen. And there are things we can add back on if we have money left. With a job this big, though, I can assure you there will be changes.

 Many would argue (child labor) has to occur because families need to have their child bringing home that small amount of money. But the fact is that if those children were in school today they could contribute more to their families,
