Your legs are the breaks. So, your legs have to be that much stronger to pedal the whole way through. You don't get to coast at all. It's basically mountain biking with one speed. You hop over the stuff you can't ride, ... You grab the handle and you just hop over stuff. Put your feet in the horizontal position. It becomes kind of a pogo stick. |
